Christine Pham is a Bay Area native with over 15 years of litigation experience. She focuses her practice on helping families and couples in a range of family law matters, including child custody and support, spousal support (alimony), dissolution of marriage (divorce), legal separation, division and characterization of property, and domestic violence.

Some of Christine’s press releases, media, and publications include:

Ms. Pham’s background in litigation, fraud investigation, and bankruptcy combined with her knowledge of California family law, her creative legal strategies, and sincere compassion for her clients has made her a fierce family law advocate.  Prior to becoming a family law advocate, she worked as a securities litigator at Morgan Stanley where she successfully defended 100% of the cases she tried.  She has also represented other such Fortune 500 companies.  She has worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young handling fraud investigations and anti-money laundering cases.  She is no stranger to fighting for her clients if the need arises, but she also has the experience to negotiate a fair settlement for her client to prevent the high costs of litigation.

Ms. Pham’s dedication to her clients is reflected in the testimonials they give her. As one client wrote, “I am very grateful to have had Christine as my attorney in this difficult time. She is always reliable and knows exactly what she is doing. Her calm assertiveness was exactly what I needed in helping my case. I would recommend her to anyone, I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney.”

Ms. Pham attended Southwestern University School of Law.  She also has a Masters of Accountancy from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

When not at work, Ms. Pham enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and traveling.  She is a green belt in full contact karate and it is her goal to one day earn a black belt.
